Pablo Díaz Bermejo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Pablo is currently serving as the CEO in Residence at 7r since February 2023. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at DOTGIS, starting in November 2015 as a Board Member and later becoming the Co-Founder & Head of Sales until April 2022. In 2021, they co-founded Imageryst and was involved in its operations until December 2022. Before that, they worked at Sportrade as the Head of Business Development in the Sports Management sector from November 2014 to November 2015. Additionally, they were the Business Development Manager at hub&go from May 2014 to February 2015. Pablo also gained experience as an Account Executive and Team Lead at GrowPro Experience from April 2013 to December 2014. In 2014, they took a break to travel around the world. Pablo also has experience in sports management and coaching at Redlands from March 2013 to April 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Consultant at Avantia XXI from April 2012 to March 2013.

Pablo Díaz Bermejo has a diverse educational background. Pablo first attended the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2008 to 2012, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics. During this time, they also spent a year studying at Sapienza Università di Roma, where they focused on Economics.

In 2013, Pablo took an Advanced English course and IELTS at The University of Sydney Business School. The following year, they enrolled in the FIFA/CIES International Programme in Sports Management, completing a Master's degree in Executive Programme in Sports Management.

Pablo furthered their education at the IESE Business School, attending from 2016 to 2017. During this period, they pursued a degree in Scale Up with a focus on Entrepreneurship, supported by the CitiBank Foundation. Following this, Pablo engaged in another program at the IESE Business School in 2017-2018, specializing in Business and Management with a focus on the Internationalization of Startups.

Lastly, in 2012-2013, Pablo attended the Instituto BME, where they completed a course in Bolsa (stock market) covering Derivatives, Analysis, and Equity.
