Chief Product Officer at Dotmatics

Kalim Saliba is currently the Chief Product Officer at Dotmatics. Prior to this, they were the Vice President, Product Engineering, Platform Technology at Pegasystems from September 2008 to June 2022. In this role, they led the largest product, architecture, and cultural evolution in Pega's history (publicly known as Project fnx) with 50+ teams and leaders from across the business. The goals of this project include increasing efficiency, performance, scalability, and resiliency while laying the foundation for groundbreaking product innovations and revenue growth. Importantly, they are bringing their clients with them on this journey, continually delivering innovation and future-proofing their investments.

Prior to their work at Pegasystems, Kalim was the Engineering Leadership Development Program - Systems Engineer at BAE Systems from July 2005 to June 2008. In this role, they excelled in a highly competitive rotational leadership program comprised of regular leadership training modules, yearly week-long leadership conferences, engineering classes, and rotational assignments. Rotational assignments consisted of technology leadership & direction, business & proposal development, programming, and systems engineering.

Kalim Saliba has a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering from Boston University.

They work with Jason Hook - VP, Global Tax & Treasury, Brian Lee - COO, and Brendan Nyhan - CEO, Statsols. Kalim Saliba reports to Thomas Swalla, CEO & Board Director.
