Rachel Smolka

Rachel Smolka is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management, process improvement, and global expansion. Currently serving in Finance Transformation at Dotmatics, Rachel led the implementation of a financial management system that improved data accuracy and reporting capabilities while driving process improvements that enhanced productivity and reduced costs. Previously, Rachel worked as an Independent Consultant at TripleLift, overseeing market entry projects in Europe and Asia, and as Director of Global Expansion at WeWork, where Rachel developed a global finance operational strategy that optimized processes and reduced integration timelines. Rachel's earlier roles include Senior Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co., managing onboarding for Global Real Estate contingent workers, and Director of Re-engineering and Expense Management at Morgan Stanley, focusing on process improvements and governance. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Quinnipiac University with a minor in Spanish.
