Wes Lee Henzell

Wes Lee Henzell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Wes Lee most recently served as the Group Finance Director for EMEA & APAC at Dotmatics starting in 2022. Before this, Wes worked at Citi for a significant period of time, holding roles such as EMEA Compensation Accounting Controller, UK Material Legal Entity Financial Controller, and Head of EMEA Local Statutory Reporting. Wes Lee also served as the Country Finance Officer at Citi Group's Trinidad Institutional Clients Group from 2010 to 2012. Prior to their time at Citi, Wes was a Post Graduate Student at Cranfield University School of Management, where they completed their MSc in Finance and Management. Earlier in their career, they worked at Citi as the AVP- Head of Corporate & Regulatory Reporting and Head of Business Planning & Analysis. Wes also gained valuable experience as a Financial Analyst at Colonial Life Insurance Company Ltd, where they were responsible for financial accounting and control, systems implementation, and staff training.

Wes Lee Henzell holds a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services, which they obtained from Cranfield School of Management in the year 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from ACCA between 2002 and 2004.
