Juliano Rodrigues

Juliano Rodrigues is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic people management across various industries. Currently serving as the CHRO at Dotz Inc. since November 2021, Juliano previously held the position of VP of HR at RecargaPay. At The Walt Disney Company, from March 2019 to May 2020, Juliano was the Human Resources Director responsible for overseeing extensive HR operations during a major merger. With a significant tenure at ESPN from March 2012 to March 2019, Juliano led the HR strategy for the Brazilian division. Early career roles include HR management at Banco Santander and Imbra Consultórios Odontológicos Ltda. Juliano holds a Master’s degree in Strategic People Management from FIA Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Universidade Sant'Anna.
