Jocelyn Dehart

Jocelyn DeHart is an experienced professional currently serving as a SaaS Implementation Customer Success Manager at Double A Solutions, since July 2022, where responsibilities include onboarding new customers, enhancing client experiences through ongoing communication, and providing feedback to the product development team. Prior to this role, Jocelyn worked as an Associate Recruiting Consultant at Staff Care, focusing on sourcing and placing healthcare professionals, and utilizing Salesforce for tracking engagements. From August 2015 to January 2022, Jocelyn was the Creative Director of DeHart Films, managing customer experiences and company marketing.
