Kathleen LeFevour

Kathleen LeFevour has a range of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Their most recent position is as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Double Good, where they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tovala from August 2021 to October 2022. From January 2018 to August 2021, they worked as a Recruiter at The Chicago Hire Company, a woman-owned recruiting firm. Before that, they were a Recruiting Coordinator at The Dahill Group from November 2016 to December 2017. Kathleen also has experience outside of recruiting, as they worked as an Account Manager at #HASHOFF from August 2015 to October 2016. Their earliest professional experience was as an Intern at the United States Senate in the summer of 2013.

Kathleen LeFevour completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a major in Finance and a minor in Spanish at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they attended Universidad Pablo de Olavide in 2013 to further pursue their interests in Business and Spanish. Prior to their university education, Kathleen LeFevour completed their high school education at Convent of the Visitation from 2007 to 2011.
