Lukasz Tabis

Lukasz Tabis has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Lukasz is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations at Double Good since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Double Good from October 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Double Good, Lukasz worked at Diageo for a significant part of their career. Lukasz held the role of Director of Asset Care, Engineering & Maintenance from February 2017 to October 2021, where they led a team responsible for safety, quality, and efficiency in a bottling environment. Lukasz also managed a team considered influential in asset care reliability and maintainability.

Prior to that, Lukasz held various roles at Diageo including Engineering & Capex Manager from November 2016 to February 2017, Maintenance Manager from January 2014 to November 2016, Production Area Manager from December 2012 to February 2014, and Electrical Controls Engineer, Production Team Leader, and Production Area Manager from April 2009 to December 2012. In these roles, they oversaw maintenance operations, production teams, and multiple shifts while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Lukasz worked as an Electrical Controls Engineer at Barry Wehmiller Design Group from December 2007 to April 2009. In this role, they focused on the installation of high-speed packaging lines and project management.

Throughout their career, Lukasz has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to driving safety, quality, and efficiency in manufacturing operations.

Lukasz Tabis pursued their undergraduate education from 2003 to 2007 at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, they also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering during the same period, further enhancing their knowledge and expertise in the field.
