Lisa Boucher

Lisa Boucher has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Lisa started their career in 2006 as an Assistant Compliance Officer at Glens Falls National Bank & Trust Co. From there, they moved on to work at CMJ, LLP, where they served as a Senior Benefits Associate from 2007 to 2012 and later became the Supervisor of Retirement Administration and Design from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, Lisa joined Double H Ranch, A SeriousFun Camp as the Human Resources Director. Lisa then took on the role of Vice President at Women in Networking Connect, Inc {WINC} from 2016 to 2020. Currently, Lisa is focused on their own venture, Lisa Boucher Inc, where they work as a Motivational Speaker, inspiring and empowering women and girls to live their best lives.

Lisa Boucher has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Siena College. Lisa also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The College of Saint Rose. In addition to their degrees, Lisa has obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the SHRM institution in April 2015.
