Timur Isakhov

Timur Isakhov has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Timur started their career as an Intern at Bank Technique OJSC in 2011, where they worked as a Credit Controller.

In 2013, Timur interned at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan as a Treasury Intern.

Timur then joined Rimas Group as a Business Development Manager in 2013, where they focused on identifying and pursuing new prospects to expand the customer base and managed relationships with distributors.

Timur joined Cactus Communications in 2016 and held multiple roles. Timur started as a Turkey Market Specialist, followed by a role as a Business Data Analyst. Later, they became the Marketing Operations Manager, responsible for the growth of the China market and implementing strategies that led to significant increases in requests for premium services and lead generation.

From 2019 to 2021, Timur worked at Kolabtree, the world's largest platform for freelance scientists. Timur initially served as the Head of Marketing and successfully implemented initiatives that contributed to a 270% year-on-year business growth in the first year. Timur then assumed the role of Marketing Director, where they developed a business growth plan, improved client acquisition and retention rates, and built sustainable growth channels.

In 2021, Timur joined Paperpal as the Head of Marketing, where they developed and executed a hybrid marketing strategy for the AI-powered editing and grammar tool. Timur focused on scaling the digital presence and increasing product visibility globally, overseeing the production and distribution of marketing collateral.

Most recently, Timur joined Double Pass in 2023 as part of their Business & Product Development team.

Timur Isakhov's education history includes a Master's degree in Football Business in partnership with FC Barcelona from the Johan Cruyff Institute, which they are currently pursuing starting from 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Economics from Dipartimento di management - Università La Sapienza di Roma, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. Timur'sundergraduate education was a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Azerbaijan State University of Economics • UNEC, which they earned from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Timur also holds several certifications. Timur obtained Level 1 Opposition Analysis in Football, PFSA Level 2 Talent Identification in Football, and PFSA Level 1 Talent Identification in football certifications from the Professional Football Scouts Association (PFSA) in February 2022. Moreover, they completed the Embracing Unexpected Change course from LinkedIn in August 2021, and holds Google Academy Certified, E Commerce Analytics Certified, Excel 2013: Advanced Formulas and Functions from LinkedIn, and Google Adwords Certified from Google, which they obtained in 2018 and 2017 respectively.
