Michaela Rowland

Michaela Rowland is a Nonprofit Onboarding Specialist at Double the Donation since 2020, where responsibilities include leading onboarding calls with new clients, serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries, coordinating with the Client Success Team to address issues, and conducting training sessions on best practices. Prior experience includes working as a Consultant at Triage Consulting Group, advising clients on business practices for growth, and serving as a First Year Mentor at Berry College, coaching freshmen and developing lesson plans. Michaela also held the position of VIP Experience Intern at Plywood People, enhancing donor relations. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics at Berry College, with an expected graduation in 2023.
