For years, Joel Schwartz, Founder and CEO, worked in Banking where he dealt with customer service issues relative to overdrafts, fraud, credit scores and more. He envisioned a better way to handle these issues by empowering customers to make their own choices, protect them from fraud and build a great credit score.

He decided to make a difference in the financial world by leaving his baking career and building a company that could make his visions come true. Thus, DoubleCheck Solutions was born and with it a team of dedicated people that came from similar cultures of banking, customer service, innovation and creativity.
