Mike Schloessmann

Mike Schloessmann is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the mortgage sector. Currently serving in the Mortgage-Backed Securities division at DoubleLine Group LP since September 2015, Mike previously held key executive roles at Bank of America from September 1995 to August 2015, including President of Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., and was instrumental in developing strategies for mortgage claims and disputes. Mike's experience includes overseeing a large team in Representations & Warranties and managing transaction activities as Managing Director at Countrywide's subsidiaries. Early career includes a position as Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Mike holds a J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a B.S. in Business Administration and Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University.
