Hicham Ghazal

Hicham Ghazal has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Hicham is currently working as a Business Director at DoubleVerify since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Business Unit Head at Gecko from January 2022 to March 2023 and served as a Commercial Manager at the same company from November 2020 to December 2021. Before joining Gecko, Hicham worked at Mediaquest Corp. as a Commercial Manager from September 2017 to May 2020, where they played a vital role in accelerating the digital ad sales efforts. Hicham also worked as an Associate Director of Sales and a Business Development Manager at MMP World Wide from May 2017 to August 2017 and October 2015 to April 2017, respectively. Hicham started their career as an Intern at MEDGULF in June 2009 and has held various positions including Online Sales Executive at Wego.com, Online Account Executive at Connect ads, and Account Executive at ScoopCity.

Hicham Ghazal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance from the American University of Beirut, obtained from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Lebanese Baccalaureate in Economics at Carmel Saint Joseph from 1993 to 2007. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Model Thinking from the University of Michigan through Coursera, AI for Everyone from Deeplearning.ai through Coursera, and Fundamentals of Digital Advertising from Google, all in the year 2020.
