Janelle Boyd Haynes is an experienced Senior Technical Talent Partner at DoubleVerify, specializing in recruiting senior-level software engineers while advocating for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Janelle has demonstrated expertise in managing full-cycle recruiting processes and enhancing recruitment strategies by partnering with various stakeholders.
