Josephine Hasfal

Josephine Hasfal has over 20 years of work experience in finance and tax roles. Josephine is currently the Director, Tax - Global Head of Tax at DoubleVerify, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Barnes Group Inc. for 9 years, starting as a Director, Tax Compliance from April 2013 to March 2016, and then transitioning to the role of Director - Global Tax from April 2016 to September 2022. Before joining Barnes Group, Josephine worked as a Tax Manager at Terex Corporation from April 2011 to April 2013, and as a US Tax Manager at Danone North America from September 2009 to August 2011. Josephine also has experience as a Senior Tax Accountant at DeBlois Oil Company from May 2007 to September 2009. Prior to that, Josephine worked in financial analysis roles at Royal Bank of Scotland from May 2005 to May 2007 and Citi from February 2004 to May 2005. Josephine began their career as a Tax Analyst at Dewey Ballantine from March 2003 to February 2004, and as a Staff Accountant at Natixis Bleichroeder from May 1999 to February 2003. Josephine holds an MBA.

Josephine Hasfal, MBA completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Hofstra University in 1999. Josephine then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business between 2001 and 2003. In 2009, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Taxation from Florida Atlantic University. Recently, in 2021, they attended Barnes Group Inc's Barnes Executive Leadership Development Program.
