Dean Martin has extensive experience in student affairs and residence life, currently serving as the Director of Student Affairs and Services at Douglas College since September 2021, with a prior role as Interim Director. Prior to this, Dean held various positions at North Island College as Student Life Manager and at Dalhousie University as Director of Residence and Student Life. Additionally, Dean worked at the University of New Brunswick as Director of Residence Life and at Dalhousie University as Residence Life Manager. Earlier experience includes the role of Residence Life Manager at Campus Living Centres and Residence Operations Manager at Acadia University. Dean Martin holds a Master of Education in Leadership from Acadia University and a Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management from Mount Saint Vincent University.
