Eligio Difonzo

Eligio DiFonzo has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as Senior Manager for Financial Reporting and Operations at Douglas College since January 2009, with previous roles including Manager for Account Information & Self-Funded Activities and Manager for Payroll Services & Systems. Key responsibilities include payroll management, systems administration, salary and benefits budgeting, compensation reporting, and general ledger reconciliation. Prior to Douglas College, Eligio worked as a Budget Analyst and Fleet Accountant Team Lead at Seaspan Ship Management from June 2006 to December 2008. Eligio's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simon Fraser University and certifications in Accounting from the Certified Management Accountants Society of British Columbia, encompassing both the Strategic Leadership Program and the FastTrack Program.
