Mike Cornford

Mike Cornford is a dedicated faculty member in the Marketing Department at Douglas College, where contributions have been recognized with the 2025 Outstanding Contribution to Student Leadership by a Faculty or Staff Member Award. Cornford has led multiple study abroad programs at DHBW University in Karlsruhe, Germany, while possessing extensive managerial experience as Director of Marketing at BSM Technologies, where revenues grew from under $27 million to over $75 million annually. Previous roles include mentorship at Simon Fraser University and GameFounders, along with positions in prominent organizations such as V7 Entertainment, TELUS, Electronic Arts, and GPT Management Ltd. Cornford holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Marketing & Strategy and a Master of Digital Media, both from Simon Fraser University.
