Patrick Bloomingdale

Patrick Bloomingdale has worked for Douglas County, Nebraska since 1993. Patrick started as a Law Clerk and later became an Administrative Specialist. Patrick then served as the Deputy County Attorney in the Civil Division. From 2002 to 2013, they held the role of Deputy County Administrator, and since 2013, they have been the Chief Administrative Officer.

Patrick Bloomingdale attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at the Creighton University School of Law from 1992 to 1995 and earned a Juris Doctor degree with a focus on Law.
