Sam Gaita

Sam Gaita currently serves as the Global Head of Investment Sales at The Corcoran Group since January 2023. Gaita has been involved with the Florida Vacation Rental Managers Association Inc as Vice Chairman since February 2017 and has held the position of Director of Investment Sales at Douglas Elliman Real Estate since January 2011. Prior to establishing Gaita Luxury, Gaita garnered extensive experience in commercial real estate, recognized for achievements in real estate development and property management. Gaita also served as the CEO of Gaita Enterprises from April 2004 to December 2010, overseeing an award-winning real estate development and asset management firm. Gaita's career began as a Financial Advisor at UBS from January 2001 to February 2003.
