Theodora Cohen

Theodora Cohen is a Senior Operations Manager at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, part of The Holly Parker Team since September 2024. Prior to this role, Theodora served as a Senior Manager of Operations at OFFICIAL from November 2022 to August 2024 and as Director of Operations for The Hudson Advisory Team at Compass from November 2017 to November 2022. Theodora began the career at Compass as a Team Administrator for both The Hudson Advisory Team and The EMS Team.
