Adam Mazza

Adam Mazza has a diverse work experience in property management and co-working spaces. Adam currently works as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager at Douglas Emmett since June 2022.

Prior to this role, Adam worked at IWG plc from December 2018 to May 2022 as a Community Manager Team Leader. Adam effectively managed operations for eleven IWG Co-Working locations, including Regus and Spaces brands, with a monthly revenue of over $1,000,000. Adam was responsible for hiring and developing a team of Community Managers and successfully navigated the COVID crisis to maintain business and achieve steady occupancy recovery.

Before IWG plc, Adam held a role at Spaces as an Operations Support Community Manager from July 2018 to December 2018.

Additionally, Adam has extensive experience at Regus, where they worked as a Community Manager from December 2012 to July 2018. Adam managed accounts payable/receivable, billing, and IT for a team of 60+ professionals. Adam demonstrated strong retention rates and successful new sales, resulting in sustained profitability since the opening of the location in 2012. Adam also maintained clear and accurate invoicing and promptly addressed client invoice queries.

Adam Mazza received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from Hamline University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
