Paul Santorelli

Paul Santorelli has a diverse range of work experience in financial planning and analysis. Paul started their career at Marsh in 1999 as a Senior Accountant, where they automated and streamlined the expense budget for the department. Paul then became an Accounting Supervisor, managing corporate accounting functions and performing various tasks such as sales compensation plan review and monthly update of minority-owned company schedules. Paul later took on the role of Reporting Manager, overseeing all aspects of the West Zone Finance Director position and focusing on monthly forecasting and planning reporting. Paul then transitioned to the role of Financial Planning & Analysis Director, demonstrating expertise in managing and directing the accounting and financial functions to improve operational performance. Paul joined Douglas Emmett in 2016 as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.
