Shannon Lewis is a highly experienced real estate professional with a strong background in leasing and asset management. Currently serving as a Senior Leasing Agent at Douglas Emmett since August 2017, Shannon has previously held roles such as SVP of Leasing and Leasing & Asset Management at Rexford Industrial and has also worked as a Senior Leasing Agent at Douglas Emmett from 2006 to 2013. Earlier career experience includes serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Kilroy Realty Corporation from 2003 to 2006. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, and possesses professional designations as a Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Certified Property Manager (CPM®).
