Bill Horwarth

Bill Horwarth has over 30 years of work experience in the manufacturing and industrial automation industries. Bill has held various roles in companies such as Milacron, Cincinnati Machine, MAG IAS, LLC, Freedom IoT LLC, and Douglas Machines Corp. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for strategic planning, P&L management, technology development, sales and marketing, employee development, and investor communications. Bill has also been involved in launching new brands and starting up new businesses in the aftermarket services sector. Currently, Bill serves as the VP of Aftermarket Services and Customer Support at Douglas Machines Corp. and is accountable for designing and manufacturing automated washing and sanitizing equipment for the food, pet food, nutraceutical, and industrial markets.

Bill Horwarth received their Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Technology (BSMET) degree from the University of Cincinnati - College of Engineering and Applied Science in 1991. Bill later pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Global Management from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business in 2000.
