Joseph Glende

Joseph Glende is an accomplished sales and operations manager with extensive experience at Hiawatha Broadband Communications, Inc. since March 2008. As a Sales Manager, Joseph leads a high-performing sales team, implements strategic initiatives for client acquisition and retention, and fosters strong relationships with key stakeholders. In previous operational roles within the company, Joseph transitioned operations to a managed services model, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction, while supervising high-speed data service delivery in the Fixed Wireless Division. Joseph's experience also includes conducting research and development for cybersecurity offerings, analyzing and recommending technological products, and overseeing various installations and expansions. Joseph holds an Associate of Applied Science in Network Administration from Minnesota State College Southeast.
