Jenny Moon

Jenny Moon is a seasoned validation engineer currently employed at Douglas Pharmaceuticals since February 2023. Previously, Jenny served at Jaychem Industries from April 2019 to February 2023 in various roles including Senior Validation Lead, Senior Product Quality Officer, and Product Quality Officer. Prior experience includes a position as a Microbiology Technician at AsureQuality from October 2017 to April 2019 and a shift supervisor role at Starbucks from July 2014 to September 2017. Jenny also completed a QC graduate internship at Argenta Limited in 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from The University of Auckland (2013-2017) and a Lead Auditor - HACCP certification from Auditor Training Online Pty Ltd in 2020.
