Liv Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Liv is currently working as the Head of Learning at Douglas Pharmaceuticals, where they lead a team and is responsible for the strategy, planning, design, and delivery of all learning initiatives globally. Prior to this, they served as the Insurance Capability Manager at IAG, where they led the development and implementation of the insurance capability strategy and collaborated with senior leaders to identify opportunities for improvement. Liv also worked at Five NZ as an Associate, focusing on raising the capability, engagement, and performance of individuals. Liv was a Performance and Capability Advisor at 2degrees and played a key role in analyzing performance needs and developing improvement strategies. Liv has also held various positions at Spark New Zealand, Bank of New Zealand, GE Capital, and AA Insurance NZ, where they contributed to learning and development, sales operations, training, and marketing.

Liv Wilson earned a National Certificate in Adult Education from NZIM in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Financial Services from ANZIIF in 2003 and a Certificate in Direct Marketing from Marketing Association in 2005. In addition to their formal education, Liv has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Mentor from Mentorloop and Practitioner from riders&elephants in 2022. In 2020, they completed the Coaching at Scale program from Josh Bersin Academy and the Designing Strategy course from IDEO U. Liv also acquired the WalkMe DAP Builder certification in 2020 and the WalkMe DAP Fundamentals certification in 2019 from WalkMe™. In 2018, they received the ICP certification from ICAgile.
