Suzanne Florian

Suzanne Florian has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Suzanne began their career in 2000 at Edith Cowan University as the Manager of Teaching and Learning in the Faculty of Computing, Health, and Science. After six years, they moved on to Debtworks New Zealand as an Accounts Administrator. In 2011, Suzanne joined Douglas Pharmaceuticals as a Human Resources Coordinator and steadily progressed to roles such as Human Resource Advisor, Senior Human Resource Advisor, Remuneration & People Systems Manager, and currently holds the position of Head of Remuneration & People Systems. Suzanne'sexpertise in people systems and remuneration is notable, and they have been with Douglas Pharmaceuticals since then.

Suzanne Florian completed the Leadership Accreditation Program at Edith Cowan University in 2005.
