Krystal Horne

Krystal Horne is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Communications Coordinator for the Douglasville-Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority since February 2022. In this role, Krystal manages community outreach programs, oversees employee volunteer activities, and maintains the Authority's website, while also writing and designing communication materials. Previous positions include Communications Specialist at the Authority, Freelance Photographer at the University of West Georgia, and Staff Writer/Photographer at Douglas County Sentinel, where Krystal reported on diverse topics and engaged with the community through social media. Additionally, Krystal operates Krystal Horne Photography LLC, specializing in event photography and portraits.
