DoveLewis Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital is hiring a Client Engagement Specialist to join our atDove team!

DoveLewis is one of the country’s largest single-location veterinary hospitals. As a non-profit with no private equity or corporate investors, we have built a collaborative community that is dedicated to serving every animal and every person who cares for them, including our staff! Our renowned distance-learning service, atDove.org, provides invaluable training tools for veterinary professionals worldwide.

As the Client Engagement Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our atDove.org users. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers by implementing effective sales and communication strategies. This role is integral to our marketing team, where collaboration and creativity thrive.

The wage range for this position is between $52,000-$62,000/year including bonuses. Dependent upon experience and education.

This position will be hybrid with a combination of on-site work, remote work, and occasional travel (both local and out of state).

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to three years’ experience working in an administrative/customer service capacity.
  • Preference for prior sales experience including meeting sales goals or quotas.
  • Knowledge of general customer service and sales best practices
  • Strong overall communication skills including written and verbal.
  • Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office – specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Intermediate skill with sales or customer relationship management systems (CRM), HubSpot specific experience is a plus.
  • Any equivalent combination of experience or education may substitute.
