Kyle Kohlhaas

Kyle Kohlhaas has extensive experience in operations management within the chemical manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Dover Chemical Corporation since 2021, Kyle oversees operations across multiple plants with over 150 direct and indirect reports. Prior to this role, Kyle was the Vice-President of Operations at Rowell Chemical Corporation, where responsibilities included full P&L oversight and strategic planning. Additional experience includes managing greenfield construction projects at Preferred Sands, leading production operations at Solutia Inc. and Sensient, and starting a career as a Chemical/Environmental Engineer at Westar Corporation. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
