Fabio Basaglia

Fabio Basaglia is an experienced professional in the field of global sourcing and purchasing, currently serving as the Global Sourcing Manager for Europe at Dover Corporation since July 2022. Prior to this role, Fabio held various positions at SKF Group from 2011 to June 2022, including Head of Purchasing for the automotive and truck aftermarket, Managing Director of Mech Joint srl, Plant General Manager, Quality and Purchasing Manager, and Quality Manager. Fabio began the career as a Process & Product Quality Engineer at Comer Industries from 2008 to 2011. Educational credentials include a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, along with a Scientific High School diploma from Liceo Scientifico Statale Belfiore di Mantova.
