Karthik Rajendran

Karthik Rajendran has a well-rounded background in HR, serving in various managerial roles in companies such as Dover Corporation, DNV, Schneider Electric, Tata Communications, Société Générale, and Deutsche Bank. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University, Karthik has extensive experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and project leadership. Currently, Karthik holds the position of General Manager - Head of HR Shared Services at Dover Corporation.
