Sachin Srivastava

Sachin Srivastava is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in quality engineering and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Quality Engineering at Dover Corporation since July 2019, Sachin has a strong background in setting up and managing QE organizations, aligning strategies, and overseeing project execution. Prior to this, Sachin co-founded Leapx Labs in early 2019, aimed at bridging the gap between technology companies and their resource needs. Experience also includes roles as AVP-Engineering at Novopay Solutions, where responsibility involved quality management for banking products and establishing a testing organization, as well as leading automation efforts at Dell and working in quality assurance at Replicon Software. Educational credentials include a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Motivational Pathway, completed in 2004.
