Scott Nelson

Scott Nelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and engineering management. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Operational Excellence at Dover Corporation since August 2023, Scott previously held key positions at Molex, including Director of Global Operational Excellence and Sr Manager of Operational Excellence, from 2015 to 2023. Prior to that, Scott worked at Parker Hannifin as Value Stream Manager and Manufacturing Engineering Manager from 2010 to 2015, and began a career in project engineering at Prince Industries from 2002 to 2010. Scott holds an MBA in Operations Management and Business Strategy from DePaul University, an Operational Excellence certification from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
