Shashank Jha

Shashank Jha is a seasoned global IT leader currently serving as the Head of IT & Software at Dover Corporation's India Innovation Center since December 2017, with a focus on information security, applications development and operations, as well as infrastructure architecture and operations. Prior to this role, Shashank held the position of Senior Director of Digital Technology at GE Digital, where leadership occurred over the Engineering IT/PLM Center of Excellence in Bangalore. From 2007 to 2017, Shashank worked at Honeywell, progressing through several roles including Director of IT Delivery, Senior Engineering Manager, Program Manager, and Project Manager, leading initiatives ranging from digital customer experience programs to aerospace engineering tools. Earlier experience includes a Project Manager role at Robert Bosch India Ltd. Shashank holds an MTech in Digital Manufacturing from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a BE in Mechanical from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
