Hob Hairston

Hob Hairston serves as the VP & GM of Global Solutions at Dover Fueling Solutions, where leadership focuses on digital transformation and organizational change within a manufacturing context. Hairston also holds the position of Chair of the MSITM Advisory Council at Texas McCombs School of Business, contributing to the development of the Masters of Science in Information Technology Management program. Previously, Hairston held executive roles at Mansfield Oil Company, overseeing technology transformation initiatives, and at FuelQuest Inc., leading solution strategy and design. Earlier experience includes roles at IBM Global Business Services, Covasoft, and Accenture, with foundational military service in the US Army. Hairston earned an MBA from the University of Houston and dual degrees in Business and German from The University of Texas at Austin.
