VP, Digital Customer Experience & IT at Dover Fueling Solutions

Wendi Pitman serves as vice president of the newly created digital customer experience (CX) organization and IT team at DFS, having been promoted to the role in 2020. Wendi has been with DFS for the past 15 years, building up a wealth of experience in the information technology business partner space. Prior to DFS, she held positions of increasing IT leadership responsibility within the Newell Brands family of companies.

In this new digital CX and IT role, Wendi will develop a new digital strategy for DFS customer experience, lead the design of digital solutions for customer ordering, integrating multiple systems, and designing end-to-end solutions that improve and enhance existing tools, services and reporting. She will also identify next generation methods of capturing additional customer and market opportunities.

Wendi brings over 20 years of vast technical expertise and strong leadership acumen to the team from her previous roles at Newell, and with Dresser Wayne and Wayne Fueling Systems, which joined Tokheim to form part of Dover Fueling Solutions in 2016. She has consistently demonstrated valued leadership of digital and IT efforts and large teams, including developing and implementing successful strategies for IT infrastructure, governance and global team support, while also modernizing systems and processes.

Wendi holds a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Columbia College and is based out of the DFS global headquarters in Austin, Texas.
