Normand Martel has a work history that includes various roles in the customer service and equestrian industry. Normand worked at Dover Saddlery from 2004 to the present, starting as a Contact Center/Customer Service Manager and later being promoted to Director of Customer Service. In these roles, they oversaw various aspects of the contact center operations and provided support to retail stores. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Horseshoe Equestrian Center from 1999 to 2004.
Normand Martel started their education in 1997 at Tri County Regional Vocational Technical High School, where they studied Plumbing and Hydronic Heat. Normand completed their education at this institution in 2000. Normand then pursued further studies at Manchester Community College from 2011 to 2015 and obtained an Associate's degree in Business Management. Martel continued their education at Southern New Hampshire University from 2015 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
