Since 1996 she has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of DoverStaffing and DoverSolutions. She is also the founder of the Dover Training Institute. As the visionary and leader, Sanquinetta practices innovative techniques to deliver leading workforce solutions to the talent management industry. Sanquinetta holds an economics degree from Spelman College and has extensive experience in staffing and training with diverse audiences.
