Chris Almond

Chris Almond serves as the Head of Chemistry and Director of Studies at d'Overbroeck's since September 2017, previously holding the position of Director of Studies and Chemistry Teacher. Prior experience includes a role as a Science Teacher at Portslade Aldridge Community Academy from September 2014 to August 2017, where responsibilities included delivering chemistry to students in years 8-13, contributing to general science instruction for year 7, and leading STEM enrichment sessions for local primary schools. Educational qualifications include a PGCE in Science, a Ph.D. in Chemistry, and an MChem in Chemistry, all from the University of Sussex, with degrees completed between 2006 and 2015.
