Dennis Bartholomaeussen

Dennis Bartholomaeussen served as a Captain and Leadership and Organizational Planning Consultant in the Royal Danish Air Force from 1993 to 2007. Dennis then transitioned to the corporate world, holding various HR leadership roles at Grundfos, including Global Head of HR, Vice President HR, and Executive HR Partner. Their responsibilities included overseeing HR functions for different business units, partnering with executives, driving business outcomes, and shaping HR strategies.

Dennis Bartholomaeussen has a diverse education history, starting with military training at The Royal Danish Air Force Sergeant and Reserve Officers School in 1993-1994. Dennis continued their military education at the Royal Danish Air Force Academy from 1996-1999, earning the rank of 1st Lt. in Military Science, Leadership, and Operational Art. In 2001-2002, they completed the Staffs Course at the Royal Danish Air Force Academy, attaining the rank of Captain. Dennis also pursued civilian education, including obtaining a Certified Coach qualification from Axept in 2006-2007. In 2010, they focused on Organizational Leadership at IMD, followed by studies in Building on Talent. Additionally, they acquired expertise in Organisational Design from CIPD and Board Assure A/S in 2012-2017. Dennis further enhanced their skills with certifications in Portfolio Management, PRINCE2 Foundation, and International Business at various institutions. Most recently, they became a Certified Post Merger Integration Specialist from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances in 2022.
