Oliver Lauro

Oliver Lauro, PHR, serves as the Senior Manager of Planning & Operations at Dow Jones since August 2022, providing strategic support to the Global SVP of People Strategy & Enablement and overseeing a global team of approximately 60 professionals in various HR functions. Previously, Oliver held roles including Manager of People Business Partner at Dow Jones, HR Business Partner and HR Operations Associate at the Wikimedia Foundation, and HR Operations Analyst and HRIS Coordinator at Axiom, where responsibilities included cross-functional collaboration, workforce planning, and employee relations. Oliver's career began as a Research Associate at Historic Films Archive LLC and as a Human Resources Intern at Ithaca College. Oliver earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communication Management and Design with a minor in Applied Psychology from Ithaca College in 2017.
