Dr. Margherita Fontana

Dr. Margherita Fontana serves as the Commercial Director for Dow Consumer Solutions EMEAI and holds multiple leadership roles within Dow, including Chair of the Dow Global Women Inclusion Network and Global Procurement Director for Strategic Planning & Governance. With extensive experience in strategic marketing and business development across various sectors, Dr. Fontana has contributed to Dow’s Construction Chemicals and Building & Construction divisions. In addition to a notable career at Loyal VC as an advisor, Dr. Fontana is a founding member of the ETH Circle and previously held roles at BASF and Ciba. Dr. Fontana's academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Materials Science from ETH Zürich, an MBA from INSEAD, and advanced training in corporate governance and leadership from INSEAD and IMD.
