Jorge Pastor

Jorge Pastor has extensive experience in the chemical and technology sectors, serving in various leadership roles since 1986. Currently, Jorge is the Head of Global Technology at Dow, overseeing production technology improvements and facilitating technology transfers across multiple international sites. Previously, Jorge held positions such as Lead Improvement Manager and Site Manager, focusing on quality improvements and operational management. Experience prior to Dow includes significant roles at Rohm and Haas as Production Manager and Senior Project Engineer, where responsibilities included enhancing productivity and managing large-scale projects. Jorge also has a foundational background in chemical production at companies like Givaudan and Pennwalt. Jorge holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master's degree in Finance and Marketing.
