Joshua Stevenson, CMRP, is a seasoned maintenance and reliability professional with extensive experience in rail logistics and industrial maintenance. Currently serving as Rail Logistics Maintenance Group Leader at Dow since January 2020, Joshua develops long-term strategies for maintaining a fleet of 22,000 rail cars while managing budgets and identifying cost reduction opportunities. Prior to this role, Joshua held several positions at Georgia-Pacific LLC, including Maintenance Coordinator and Rotating Pressure Vessel Integrity Manager, where responsibilities encompassed job scheduling, budget management, and implementing mechanical integrity programs. Earlier experience at Graphic Packaging International, Inc. involved supervising maintenance personnel and providing technical support for maintenance departments. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a high school diploma from Zachary High School.
