Silky Wong, PhD, SE, PE, CEng MICE, F.SEI, LEED AP, is a highly qualified civil and structural engineer with extensive experience in modularization projects and technical solutions leadership. Currently serving as the Civil Structural and Buildings Modularization Technical Solutions Team Leader at Dow, Silky has previously held significant roles such as Lead Engineer and Lead Structural Engineer at Fluor Corporation, as well as Structural Engineer positions at Jacobs and Fluor Corporation. With a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering specializing in Structural Engineering from UC Berkeley and a Doctor of Philosophy in Systems and Engineering Management from Texas Tech University, Silky Wong possesses a strong academic foundation complemented by a robust professional background in civil and structural engineering.
