Theresa Esterline

Theresa Esterline has an extensive career at Dow since May 1997, currently serving as CIO Inclusion Champion, Transition Services Leader, and Portfolio Manager for IT, Finance & Occupancy. In this role, Theresa is responsible for delivering IT services and acts as the primary interface for Olin and Trinseo to enhance value. Previous roles at Dow include IT Customer Account Team Leader, Purchasing Expertise Center Leader, and various positions in service management and project management. In addition to work at Dow, Theresa has been a Certified Independent Optavia Coach since July 2021. Theresa earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Michigan State University in 1997, following completion of high school at Corunna High School in 1993.
